What you will see at Booth 6-414
HVAC and building automation
- BACnet gateways integrate non-BACnet devices such as PLCs, DDCs, thermostats, chillers and air conditioners, lifts, UPS, fire systems, lighting and meters into Johnson Controls Metasys, Honeywell EBI, Niagara, Schneider EBO and Siemens Desigo CC, and also route between BACnet MS/TP and BACnet/IP. Sunfull was the first Chinese gateway maker to obtain BTL certification.
- New this year: the BACnet Secure Connect gateway BAC2004-ARM-SC.
- M-Bus to BACnet and M-Bus to Modbus gateways connect two- and four-wire M-Bus water, energy and heat meters, as well as DL/T 645 meters.
- Gateway-type DDC controllers combine gateway and I/O functions, with graphical, JavaScript and PLC hybrid programming, PID control without a loop limit and functions such as DoMinRunTime for group start-up. New 4G models include the DDC1001-2220-4G, DDC1002-12800-4G and DDC1001-0044-4G.
- The HMI1001-IAQ gateway-type air quality sensor monitors temperature, humidity, CO₂, PM2.5 and VOC.
- KNX smart lighting gateways bring non-KNX lighting, HVAC and other devices into KNX systems.
Energy management
- The energy management gateway and uSaaS EMS software collect, meter, bill and categorise water, electricity, gas and heating/cooling data, record peak and off-peak consumption, and sub-meter electricity by lighting and sockets, power, air conditioning and special loads, with tables and charts for energy audits.
Web HMI and SCADA
- Web HMI touchscreens and web configuration gateways with X2View show real-time screens on local panels, PCs, smartphones and tablets. They support 500+ protocols with conversion to BACnet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA and MQTT, store data in MySQL, SQL Server or InfluxDB, send alarms by email and messaging apps, and integrate with third-party systems over HTTP.
- The SCADA gateway works as a web configuration gateway or as fully web-based SCADA collecting up to 1,024 points over OPC UA, BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP and Siemens S7.
- The X2OPC server supports OPC DA 1.0, DA 2.0 and XML-DA 1.0 and has passed OPC Foundation CTT certification.
Industrial protocols and I/O
- Modbus gateways and routers, Profinet/S7 and EtherNet/IP gateways, SNMP gateways for data centre monitoring, and IEC 104 / IEC 61850 gateways for power automation.
- Modbus RTU/TCP I/O modules, including the new IOM-16X universal I/O module, as expansion I/O for DDCs and PLCs or as standalone devices.
IoT and remote access
- 4G IoT gateways with a built-in web server and HTML5 configuration pages.
- The HMI1002-ARM (LoRaWAN) gateway with a Semtech SX1302 8-channel transceiver and built-in network server, compatible with ChirpStack. Sunfull specifies more than 2,000 nodes and a range of up to 12 km.
- The RT5001-WiFi-4G router for VPN-based remote PLC and HMI programming and maintenance, which also collects data over Modbus, BACnet/IP, OPC UA and Siemens S7.
